When will my tree be delivered? 

Our jolly elves will reach out within 24 hours of your order to confirm your delivery date. Most deliveries happen Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 9 am to 9 pm, starting November 29, 2024!

 

Do I need to be home for delivery?

We’d love to see your smiling face! It’s always more fun to share the magic in person, but if you can’t be home, we can leave the tree at your front door.

 

What if I have a special request?

We’re here to spread holiday cheer! If you have a special request, just let us know when you order, and our elves will do their best to make it happen!

 

Can I return my tree?

Oh no! Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final, and Christmas trees cannot be returned or exchanged. But we’ll make sure you get a tree you love!

 

What if I need help setting up my tree?

You’re in luck! We offer a magical setup service where our elves will not only deliver your tree but also set it up just the way you like it!

 

How do I care for my Christmas tree?

Keep your tree happy and hydrated! Give it plenty of water, and it’ll stay fresh and festive all season long.

 

Can I change my delivery date after I’ve placed my order?

We understand that things come up! Just let us know as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your new delivery wishes!

 

Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI)?

Absolutely! We can provide a Certificate of Insurance for your peace of mind. Please let us know when scheduling your delivery, and our elves will ensure everything is in order!
