Farms grade trees by freshness, fullness, color, and shape. Here’s a quick elf-approved guide:
The top tier. Full, lush, beautifully shaped, strong branches, rich color, truly magical from every angle. This is the only grade we offer.
Still nice, but not quite as jolly. These trees can be a bit thinner or less uniform. You’ll find them at big-box stores and temporary lots.
A grab bag of shapes and sizes. More gaps, less fullness, and lots of surprises. Usually found at bargain pop-up spots.
Our jolly elves will reach out within 24 hours of your order to confirm your delivery date. Most deliveries happen Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 9 am to 9 pm, starting Friday, November 28, 2025.
