At Elf Christmas Tree Delivery, we’re dedicated to bringing you the freshest, most magical Christmas trees! Due to the nature of our merry business, all sales are final, and Christmas trees cannot be returned or exchanged. Our trees need a little love and water to stay fresh, so keep them hydrated!

If you think there’s an issue with your tree, let us know as soon as possible! If you aren’t happy with the height, you can upgrade or downgrade for the difference along with a re-delivery fee. Your holiday magic matters to us!
